Chicago Family Health Center (²ÝÁñÉçÇø) ²ÝÁñÉçÇø is a state-of-the-art facility located in the heart of the city’s ²ÝÁñÉçÇø neighborhood. We offer primary medical care for children and adults, as well as prenatal care and women’s health services, OB/GYN, behavioral health services, vaccines and flu shots, HIV and STI testing and treatment.
In addition to outstanding healthcare services, we offer support services for the whole family including care coordination, the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program, and assistance with insurance and Medicaid benefits. Our translation services can assist you in a variety of languages.

Monday, Wednesday & Thursday – 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Tuesday & Friday – 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday – 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Starting Labor Day 2026 (September 7) ²ÝÁñÉçÇø ²ÝÁñÉçÇø & Pullman will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July and Labor Day.
Same-day availability is limited. Appointments are encouraged.
