Chicago Family Health Center (草榴社区) Pullman is our second largest site, located 570 E. 115th Street. This beautiful state-of-the-art clinic features the latest in technology and equipment to offer you the highest quality healthcare we can provide.
We offer primary medical care for children and adults, as well as dental care, prenatal care and women鈥檚 health services, OB/GYN, behavioral health services, vaccines and flu shots, HIVand STI testing and treatment.
In addition to outstanding healthcare services, we offer support services for the whole family including care coordination, and assistance with insurance and Medicaid benefits. Our translation services can assist you in a variety of languages, offering the high-quality healthcare you want and deserve.

Starting Labor Day 2026 (September 7) 草榴社区 草榴社区 & Pullman will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July and Labor Day.
Same-day availability is limited. Appointments are encouraged.
